THE CLIENT could:

Request additional information about the desired artwork – more photos, information about the technique used.
Make an inquiry for a reduced price (no more than 10%).
Make an inquiry about a fine art print on paper or on canvas
Make an inquiry about a commission
Return the purchased artwork within 14 days of receiving it*.

THE CLIENT receives the artwork from the gallery or from the artist with CERTIFICATE of authenticity.

The CERTIFICATE of authenticity is issued from the ARTIST.

The processing of the sale, shipping with insurance (DHL, etc.) are fully handled by the GALLERY.

The prices are whithout border taxes! You must check the conditions in your country.

The GALLERY deliver the artworks from Austria.

*If the expected artwork is delivered in a good condition and undamaged, but for any reason is no longer desired from the client,

the return shipping will be paid by the client.

*If the artwork is damaged, the shipping company’s insurance will cover the return shipping and damage and the client will

receive their money back from the gallery.

FINE ART PRINTS

We offer a in museum quality on canvas and on fine art paper.

In case the print is delivered undamaged and the CLIENT wishes to return it for other reasons, the CLIENT is fully responsible for the return shipping costs.

However, if the print is damaged during transport, the CLIENT may return it or receive a replacement. The costs will be covered by the transport company or the gallery.
