ARTEIDEL EXPLAINED
If, for example, you have 20 artworks and you choose the plan 30/12, and you can send us the remaining 10 artworks during the year later.
In the event of a sale, the artwork can be replaced with another or
can be added a new one free of charge!
If you always have an online profile and send us later min. new 10 artworks
(we upload 10 works + interior perspectives for € 8/artwork - € 80)
your will be featured on our home page and in social media again !
RECOMENDATIONS
After your profile is approoved, send us more than 6, 15, 30 or 60 artworks.
The gallery reserves the right not to upload all submitted works!
We recomend you to send us also photos of fragments or details of the artworks!

When you want to sell PRINTS of some of your works, the pictures schould be
in a very high resolution.
You must provide us with your prices net inclisive shipping to the gallery in Vienna,
excluding other taxes and gallery commission.

If you have not provided all the required information about your artworks, the gallery is not obliged to publish your online profile within 7 days.
Once an online profile has been created, it cannot be deleted free of charge
before one year has elapsed.
SUBMISSION OF THE IMAGES - 1st OPTION - Only pictures / photos.
The files should be named include the follow information : artist name, title, technic, dimensions (Height x Width x Depth in cm), price, year (optional), framed (optional).
When you want to sell PRINTS of some of your works, write "-PRINTS". You schould send us also the print formats!
If you send photos of fragments or details of the artwork, the file name should contain the word "detail" and also be numbered: "detail-1," "detail-2," and so on.
Your price have to be in Euro, net + shipping to Vienna, excl. taxes and gallery commission.
FOR EXAMPLE: Painting by John Smith with two (2) details/ fragments and prints:

The image files should be in high quality JPEG format, When you want to sell PRINTS of some of your works the images schould
be in a very high resolution. The photos should be correctly oriented, without frames, logos, author's name, or any text.
If you don't want to sell some of your works don't write the price!
If you don't want to show your price write "price on request"!
ATTENTION: We make your profile and you don't loose any time with uploads!!!
Please pay very close attention to these regulations! This will greatly facilitate our work!!!
The artists retain their copyrights, while ARTEIDEL Gallery is granted the right to use the artworks provided to it for promotional purposes on its own website www.arteidel.com and
on its social media channels, as well as in printed publications, either owned by or on behalf of the gallery.

Is it allowed to present the artworks on other web sites as well?
Yes, the works from the artists' profiles/pages can also participate in other online platforms without restrictions.
Do all artworks have to be for sale?
No, it is not necessary for all of the artworks to be for sale!
Do I have to send exactly 6, 15,30 or 60 artworks?
No, you can send less or more artworks, but we recommend you to send us more than 6, 15, 30 or 60 artworks. The gallery reserves the right not to upload all submitted works.
What are the fees used for?
For maintaining the online platform, uploading the artworks, advertising, and designing the certificates and the online and printed editions.
What kind of pictures have to be submitted?
High quality jpg. files. We recomend you to send us also photos of fragments or details of the artworks!
What kind of pictures don't have to be submitted?
Don't send pictures with logos or any other texts or signs. Don't send any interiorperspectives!
Who issues the certificates of authenticity?
The artist musst issue a certificate of authenticity for every sold work. Whithout this certificate
is not possible to send any work to our customers!
What is meant by "Photography" category in the art shop ?
In the "Photography" category, the gallery only accepts conceptual photographs combined with manual technics, also mixed technic (f.e. overpainting with acrylic paint, collage etc.) and limited editions. We do not mean landscapes, portraits, animals, still life, etc.
Which pictures can be seen on the homepage?
New / Featured Works are images by artists who have profiles in the gallery and change periodically.
No additional fee is required for the showcased artworks!
Who are the "Featured artists"?
Every artist with more than 10 artworks in his/her online profile will be featured for up to one month.
No additional fee is required from the featured artists!
Who is "Artist of the Month"?
Every artist with more than 10 artworks could be featured as "Artist of the Month". Not every month, the gallery selects an “Artist of the Month.” No additional fee is required from the featured artists!
What is meant by „Multitalent“?
The "multitalents" are individuals working in various art forms. For example: painting - sculpture or other combinations such as visual arts - music, visual arts - architecture or design, visual arts - theater, visual arts - performance, and others, Their work in both / three art forms is at an equally high quality.
Do the artists retain their copyrights?
Yes, the artists retain their copyrights, while the GALLERY is granted the right to use the artworks provided to it for promotional purposes on its own website and on its social media channels on Facebook and Instagram etc., as well as in printed publications, either owned by or on behalf of the gallery.
Can an artist request the deletion of their online profile before the end of the one-year membership?
Yes, but early deletion is subject to a fee of 50% of the annual membership fee.
Are the artist’s data and artworks deleted after the membership expires or the annual fee is not paid?
Yes. The data is deleted from the platform, but previous publications on social media remain online.
